Project Lead Consultant (PLC) - In short: Owner of Material and the Program Quality & Impact.

• Generally, responsible for the overall management of the project, client liaison, program design, and briefing of facilitators and coaches.

Project Coordinator (PC) - In short: Owner of the delivery arch.

• Generally, responsible for the overall delivery of the project - setting up the project, sourcing participant details, booking workshops, moving the project forward in a timely manner, and invoicing.
