The Project Lead Consultant is a crucial role at Integral - at a high level this role is intended to provide overall project lead on a project and includes:

• Overarching responsibility for the delivery of a project (with lots of support)
• Liaising with PC’s
• Liaising and supporting clients (on project)
• Ensuring program quality
• Oversight of program design and materials/templates
• Working towards long term (beyond project) relationship with clients
• Oversight of budget
• Liaising and supporting coaches and facilitators
• A capacity to respond quickly to stakeholders
