About
We provide a range of Project Support Services for projects on our platform, and also Able allows users to assign Roles & Responsibilities to yourself, other Partners or a member of our staff on Projects, Programs & Components. We charge a percentage fee of the total project value for each of the Project Support Services that are used on a project or share the split (Splits: Sharing Revenue). The below table outlines these fee rates. These splits might change as we learn what works. We will honour whatever fees are agreed when a quote is signed.

Projects on Able have the following “Roles” and Project Support Services. The table below outlines the “Responsibilities” and Fees we charge or Splits we recommend for each role or service.

• Is the owner and responsible entity for a Quote and Project.
• Overall responsibility for all aspects related to a specific opportunity Quote and Project.
• Has final decision-making authority on the Project, including the Roles, Splits & Pricing.
• Responsible for all activities related to a potential sale from initiation to close.
• Responsible for Project commercials and Client contract, assisted by Proposal Designer.
• Provides sales support activities including Client communication, attending client meetings.
• Manage opportunity initiation, following up and close with potential clients.

| Proposal Designer | 10% fixed Split | Can be either a Partner or member of Integral’s sales team. Our sales team can help design & draft quotes, proposals and tenders including project costing. Responsibilities include:
- Design, cost and draft a Quote and associated Proposal for a potential Project.
- Design high-level Project, Program, Participant Experience and other intervention.
- Draft Project costing and pricing, and liaise with Project Delivery team re Payouts.
- Draft quotes, proposals, slide decks and tenders associated with a potential Project | None

| Project Lead, Program Lead of “PLC” | 0-25% variable Split | Can be either a Partner or member of Integral’s sales team. Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for Project, Program and Session quality, outcomes and impact.
• Respond appropriately to Project needs that may arise, to ensure the best outcomes.
• Manage Project Delivery team, ensure team alignment, and content alignment.
• Collaborate with the Project Delivery team, as appropriate and promptly.
• Primary Client contact after Quote is won and Project is initiated.
• Responsible for liaising and communicating with the Client during the Project delivery.
• Primary Participant contact while Program is in progress.

• Communicate with the Project Owner and Project Lead, as appropriate and promptly.
• Communicate and collaborate with the Project Delivery team, as appropriate and promptly.

Project Fee Splits
In our platform (Able) we split the revenue from a project based on the Partner Fee Split Formula on the Splits page of the project quote (see screenshot below). Project splits are different for projects secured by a partner, or a member of Integral’s sales team and Integral’s existing clients. The project splits also vary depending on what services are used on the project.
Additional Notes
- Administration Fees: additional administration charges (eg. reopening surveys, special invoicing fees, credit card fees) are charged to the client, and are not part of the above fee structure. These are charged 100% as a cost to Integral and not subject to the splits.
- Credit Card Surcharge: We use Stripe to process credit card payments and any credit card charges will be a surcharge to the client. Most projects are paid via invoices and bank payments, and therefore have no additional credit card payment costs.
- Third-party Costs: third party costs (eg. flights, catering, venue hire or accommodation and inventories) are charged to the client, and are not part of the above fee structure. These are charged 100% as a cost to Integral and not subject to the splits. Integral generally charges a 5 to 20% handling fee to administer these charges, subject to our Client Terms.
