After sign-off

Storing/Sharing Materials
- Your coordinator will setup a Sharepoint folder where materials for the program can be saved
- If less than 2 workshops, no binders will be used
- More than 2 workshops are set up with binders including dividers
- Name tents are available for all
- The Project Lead and facilitator can send materials (pre and post work and workbooks) to participants from Able

Scoping Meeting Checklist
