• Calendly: System for booking coaching sessions. This is linked to Able, only needs to be used during setup ‣
• Coachee: Coaching participant. Someone who receives coaching.
• FreshSales: Our CRM. Might be referred to by other people, not used by Partner.
• PLC: Project Lead Consultant. Responsible for delivery of a program. Designs program & main client contact for delivery. Only 1 per program.
• PC. Project coordinator/Coordinator.
• Project: Highest level concept. Project contains, programs, quotes, invoices etc. Projects have Project/Jobnumber: such as J0012345. See ‣
• Program: Also cohort, a distinct delivery group within a project. See ‣
• Account manager: Owner of a sales account. Primary relationship manager.
• PC: Project Coordinator. Responsible for smooth running of a project, responsbile for everything but delivery (see PLC for delivery responsibility). Only 1 per program.

• LMP: The Integral 360 tool, developed by our founder and tested for reliability.
• ILP: A shorter version of the LMP 360 with a subset of questions most often correlated with leader efficacy
• Eval: Refers to end of program and end of session eval. Correlates with Kirkpatrick’s level one and two evaluation
