Integral Leadership Profiles: 360º, 180º, 90º surveys

We have designed and developed individual behaviour and capability assessments that can be used for self-only, 180º (manager and self) and 360º feedback to measure leadership & management skills and capabilities. Ideally we use these to measure pre-program behaviours and capabilities and then re-measure post-program behaviour change (if any). These are delivered through our technology platform Able and individual and/or group reports can be displayed in Able, exported as PDFs or printed.
