Why should I refer someone?

We are building a community of leadership and organisational development practitioners and helping them collaborate to deliver great programs. We want the partner community to include coaches, trainers and facilitators from across Australia and a range of backgrounds.

We believe that great people know great people. If you know someone who you believe align with you and Integral, and who can benefit from joining a community of likeminded people - we want you to refer them.

The more partners who join, the more work we can generate for everyone together – collaborating on more and larger projects across our industry to train and support more people in Australia to become great leaders.

How do I refer someone?

1. Go to Able.
2. Click the Dashboard in the main menu.
3. Then click on Invite and then on the far right Invite Partner.
4. Then enter their details and
5. Voilà!
6. Your referrals will be listed under your profile.

What happens when I refer?

1. Your referral will receive an auto-generated email from you, it looks like this:

Email #1: <Referring-Partner> invited you to join Integral

1. Referral will then receive 2 more reminders from Jonah, with similar content and the aim to have them sign up.
2. Partner signs up and will follow the same onboarding process as you.
