How you contract with us. There are two main ways to formalise your relationship with Integral, and which one applies depends on your circumstances:

In both cases, the relationship is explicitly non-exclusive and non-exclusionary — you're free to work elsewhere, and we're free to work with other Partners, provided it doesn't stop you meeting your obligations to us. We will also protect our right to retain our clients.

What we expect of you. Able (our delivery platform) is the backbone of how Partners work with Integral — it's where you design and cost quotes, schedule and deliver coaching, workshops and consulting, and where payments are calculated and processed. You're expected to use Able for all client work under this Agreement, quote and get client sign-off before starting any work, respond to project or role offers within two business days, and collaborate professionally with other Partners, Clients, and Integral staff. You're also expected to maintain any relevant accreditations (e.g. ICF for coaching), stay open to feedback, and only offer Integral's "Supported Services" as outlined in the Partners Guide.

How we pay you. When you deliver a project through Able, project revenue is divided among the project team using a Partner Fee Split Formula ("Splits"), agreed per project, program, or component. Indicative examples from the standard agreements:

Actual splits and rates vary by project and are set out in each Quote — these figures are indicative starting points, not fixed guarantees. Payouts are processed fortnightly or monthly (as specified in your Partner Form), in arrears, by direct deposit.

A few other things worth knowing. You retain ownership of your own pre-existing intellectual property, though client work generally defaults to the client owning what you create for them. Integral carries insurance that extends to Partners in certain situations, and there's a 24-month "non-circumvention" expectation that clients matched through Able stay on the platform for payment purposes. You're free to accept or decline any project or role offered to you, and Integral's own Business Development team competes for the same clients as Partners do — transparently, and without favouring internal staff over Partners.

Note: this is a general outline for orientation purposes, synthesised from the current Partner Services Agreement (independent contractor) and Casual Partner Agreement templates on SharePoint. The specific figures — particularly Platform Fee percentages, Splits, and insurance arrangements — should always be confirmed against the individual's actual signed Partner Form and Schedule, since these can be varied per partner and have changed across agreement versions over time.
