The Integral 360° profiles have been used by over 5,000 Australian executives, managers and supervisors over the past 20 years. Developed and researched by Dr Ron Cacioppe, the range of Integral 360° tools are based on the Integral framework which has been widely acclaimed as one of the most relevant theories for the 21st century. The profiles are a skill and behavioural based 360° feedback process designed to help senior executives and managers with their professional and personal development.
This is the inventory we would recommend when an organisation wants a measure of the level of skill/competencies of it managers overall and to improve for each individual leadership skills.
Four (4) Major Functions of Leadership and Management: people leadership, performance management, strategic goal management and visionary/transformational leadership
Eight (8) Roles of Leadership and Management Processes: (e.g. coaching, directing, visioning, monitoring, facilitating, etc.). These 8 roles are based on the work of Robert Quinn’s 8 roles of leadership and management.
Twelve (12) Authentic Self Questions: which deal with integrity, living up to commitments, dealing with stress, maintaining work-life balance, etc.
Optional Customised Vital Organisational Questions: An additional 12 questions can be customised to client’s specific strategic requirements, either using our bank or their own questions or have specific tailored questions for the organisation.
Outcome/impact Questions: 5 questions that indicate the impact the leader's style has on the quality of work of the subordinate, the effort of the subordinate, etc.
Open Ended Comments: A section for both the participant and raters to provide open comments focused on what areas the participants need to improve on and what strengths they have.
Development Workbook: A comprehensive workbook can be provided which helps an individual understand their results and how it relates ot their own personal and professional development. The participant and coach work together to identify strengths, areas for improvement and action steps to create and implement a personal development plan.
Comparison Norms: The average score of a larger group with which to compare individual ratings on all 42 standard questions.
